I have received a Letter of Appreciation from Colleen Soppelsa, Business Systems & Organizational Transformation Leader at Future of People at Work, recognising my contribution to the development of the Sustainability Transformation Framework, presented in my book Sustainability Transformation, co-authored with Alexandra Katzian
The appreciation highlights the framework’s structured, systems-oriented approach to sustainability and organisational change, and its ability to bridge strategic intent with practical execution. Rather than treating sustainability as a collection of isolated initiatives, the framework views transformation as an integrated journey connecting leadership, culture, governance, operations and stakeholder engagement.
I particularly value the recognition of its emphasis on long-term capability building—organisational learning, collaboration, adaptability and continuous improvement—as essential foundations for sustainable transformation.
The letter also acknowledges the framework’s potential to help organisations strengthen resilience, create lasting value, align stakeholders around a shared vision, and integrate sustainability into strategy, decision-making and continuous improvement.
Sincere thanks to Colleen for such a wonderful appreciation. Looking forward more feedback from Colleen while applying the principles in practice.
